Based on your goals, we match you to the right market and then find the right property within it. You’ll receive a full pro forma showing every expense — mortgage, taxes, insurance, management fees, vacancy reserves, and maintenance. Real numbers, no surprises. When you’re ready to move forward, we submit an offer on your behalf.

Once under contract, we coordinate inspection, appraisal, title, and all closing logistics. Our team keeps you informed at every step. You sign documents and wire your down payment — that’s your job. We handle everything else. For new construction, we monitor the build so you don’t have to.

Our property management partners handle full tenant screening — credit, background, income verification, rental history. A qualified tenant is placed with a signed lease before or shortly after closing. Your asset starts producing income immediately. You receive a copy of the lease and meet your property management team.

Monthly rent hits your account. Monthly reports show you income, expenses, and property status. We stay in touch — when you’re ready to scale, we find you the next one. Most of our investors come back for property #2 within 12–18 months. That’s the whole point. Build. Repeat. Build. Repeat.
